Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and FixerAI Technologies (“we”), the maker of FixerFit. By creating an account or using FixerFit you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Health and safety: please read

FixerFit is a training log, not medical advice. Workouts, suggested weights, the AI coach and everything else in the app are general information. They do not know your health, injuries or limits.

Talk to a doctor before starting or changing an exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, have a health condition, an injury, or have not trained for a while.
Stop at once if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath, and get medical help.
Use proper form, a spotter where needed, and equipment you know how to use. You train at your own risk.
The AI coach and “What’s this machine?” can be wrong. Check anything important with a qualified person.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old.
Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
You can delete your account at any time from You → Your data.

How to behave

FixerFit has friends, groups, challenges, chats and coaches. Please keep it a good place to train. Do not:

harass, bully, threaten or impersonate anyone, or post hateful, sexual or violent content;
send spam or scams, or share anything you do not have the right to share;
try to break, overload or get around the security of the app, or access other people’s data.

You can report any message. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you when we do unless the law or safety prevents it.

Your content

What you log and post stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose, only to run FixerFit. When you delete it, or your account, that permission ends.

Coaches

Coaches on FixerFit are independent; they are not our employees, and we do not check their qualifications. Any arrangement or payment between you and a coach is between you and them.

The app

FixerFit is free today. If we ever add paid features, we will tell you the price first and never charge you without your agreement.
We improve the app often and may change or remove features. We try hard to keep it working and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries from training, for lost data beyond what we can restore, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app first. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions: support@fixeraihq.com.
